The brief was one identity, one storefront and one back office that a two-person team could actually run.

Restraint as luxury
Two type sizes, one accent, generous margins. The premium read comes from space and pacing rather than ornament.

Catalogue, cart and order views share the same data shapes as the admin dashboard, so stock and pricing stay honest.
